Rostock Max failing big prints

Good morning everyone, I've been scratching my head for weeks trying to figure out what could be the problem with my printer so I'm turning to you guys for help.
I have a Max V2 with Injection Carriages, Ball Cup arms, new rail power supply, and the HE280 so I'm affectionately calling it a V2.3. I've updated the Firmware to 92.2 with these values reflected.
Anyway, I'm having issues when printing through Octopi, short prints seem to work ok but the bigger prints always seem to fail. Here are the symptoms I've been seeing:
Temperature is requesting the right amounts (230/75) but the build plate and Hot end just stop heating and then obviously the nozzle stops extruding. After a reset they start working again.
The print just stops midway and the LCD says "Print Killed" and OctoPi reports a Thermoresistor Decoupling error. I've checked my Thermo_Decouple_Test_Period in the firmware and it was 45000. I can't tell if its the layer fan cooling the nozzle too much or what it could be.
I've done the PID tuning several times as well at the auto bed leveling. Anyone have any ideas what the issue could be? I was hoping to upgrade the a 32 bit board with Wifi but I think with the HE280 I have to stick with the Rambo and the SeeMeCNC firmware to handle the IC connection? Should I try a different Raspberry Pi or PrinterOS? Not sure where to go from here, any advice would be appreciated!
