Max V2 hot end rebuilding?

Are there any options to rebuild/replace a badly working hot end on a Rostock Max V2. 0.5 nozzle is no longer available. Looks like the 280 extruder can not be used on the V2.
I would contact support and ask about the 0.5mm nozzles. They may have stock that's not added to the store.
