having an issue where the ball joints that came with mine are sticking and causing my print to not print properly. Was wondering if there is a benefit to upgrading the plastic ones to the metal ones? the plastic ones i have are out of round and the arms wont pedulum when released from horizontal. Has anyone else had these issues? i am assuming the cnc ones are a lot more precisely machined.

They are more precises. However, you have to lubricate them occasionally so it adds a maintenance item that doesn't exist for the plastic ones.

If yours are out of round you can order more.
