Hello. I don't know if I have a hardware issue but I was told everything is in working order. I can't seem to get any response whatsoever from my printer in terms of controlling the hot end/heatbed ect. Nothing on the printer will even move when I use any of the controls on Mattercontrol. I followed all of the Rostock MAX v3 setup instructions properly. Mattercontrol says that my printer is connected. Has anyone else had this issue?

Can you control the printer through the front panel?

I cannot. The dial is not scrolling through different sections/ options. I am just stuck on the main screen. does this mean I have a hardware issue?

I think I mentioned this before - if there's a wiring issue to the HE280's PCB, the firmware will hang on initialization, which it appears to be doing in your photo.

Check for shorts in the wiring harness - if there aren't any, you should probably reach out to [email protected].
