Rostock Max kit change log

I thought I'd start a thread here to document changes to the kits as shipped from SeeMeCNC. It'd be great if they would update this as well. Here are some changes I've seen from newer posts since I got my kit, in no particular order.
* The hot end now has a relief hole into the side of the resistor hole.
* New mounting holes have been added for the RAMBo on the interior partitions of the base.
* Onyx is now included with the kit.
* The design of the nozzle has changed.
* The RAMBo has been updated. I know about the 8-16 change, but what else changed?
* An LCD adapter is now included with the LCD option.

RAMBo was updated to version 1.1 and the list of differences are here on the manufacturer's site:

20-tooth plastic GT2 pulleys have replaced 15-tooth aluminum pulleys.
John told me "Yes, we are now shipping with 20 tooth pulleys. The firmware changes needed are to adjust your steps per mm in configuration.h from 106.666 to 80.000 for X Y and Z axes, and that's all."

I saw John said they're machining the arms now, so they don't need to be sanded.

LCD Controller is included with all kits now
Acrylic is no longer an option, white and black melamine only
The door for the right side has no holes anymore cut in it
608 Bearing covers are now black acetal instead of white (they're purdy'er)
