100 micron knob...

Took 1:26 to print. I used RainBot3D white PLA.

There's some holes in the very top layer, but I suspect a little slicer tuning should cure that in short order.
The print was sliced with the latest release of KisSlicer @193C.

Really nice result man. I printed a few sections of flexible coolant hose at the same resolution. Wasn't sure if it work well or not but was pleasently surprised it did.

Mhackney - is the photo still not showing up for you?

It dawned on me last night why I was seeing holes in the top surface. Because I changed the layer height but didn't increase the # of solid layers to print, the flat layers are only .300 thick! Had I doubled or tripled the solid layer count, I seriously doubt if the holes would have appeared.
