gap between rails and top plate?

Post by sandy »

Hi,

I'm having real trouble with the rails and the top plate alignment. No matter what I try I can't get rid of a 1-2mm gap. My rails are loose and I can move them so it isn't that.

I've tried pressing a rail hard against the top, while I tighten the screws, but the instant the screws are even moderately tight the gap is back. Is there anything else I can try?

thanks,

-sandy

this is not an accurate way to align your extrusion but I everytime I happen to say something about the way the manual is. I get called a whiner.

sandy, you will need to measure the distances in order to get your towers aligned better.
