Do I have the delta blues?

Notice how the inside of this vase is ragged on the z tower side...
No matter what I print, this happens on the back side of the print. Is this a sign of one of the arms binding? if so Which tower would cause that?
And what about all of the strings, Do I need to run even hotter?
By the way, I'm running pla and I have to turn it all of the way up to 230 to get good flow and I have checked the inside temp of my nozzle and its nearly dead on. The power supply seams to struggle to get up over 220. I have ran the pid several times and the numbers are much different every time. I do have a peek fan and and the pid was set with it on.
I included A pic of a pyramid I ran on my replicator at 80mm speed on the first try.
I would love to see that on my Rostock...

Is the back side where the perimeter starts? If it is, it's probably a retraction issue.
Is the back side the side away from your fan (or towards it) if so it's possibly cooling related.
230 is pretty high for PLA where did you get it from, FWIW I have not been impressed with the SeeMeCNC PLA filament.

Is it just me or are the wall thicknesses changing on each side of the print. The ones on the left look thinner to me.

I got my new nozzle today... My machine came with a .7 and I didn't know it. I fought that machine for a good month. Then I read that someone here discovered his problems were caused by this. Sure enough that's what my problem was.
New .5 nozzle = new machine. MUCH better so far.....
