Lopsided circles

Almost done with tweaking my H-1 Machine but my circles are lopsided. The y-axis is too long or the x is too short, either way it is lopsided. I am using a 4-axisboard but it does not skip steps. My idlers seem to move freely and my axis' are calibrated correctly.
