asking for calibration input/review

hi,
would be glad to get some input on my calibration snapshots. the used material is abs from fabber-parts.de (cheap but doesnt seem to be good quality). anyway,
first i did run with the 0.5 single wall (slic3r, 1 perimeter,0% infill,.5 nozzle (officially - didnt really crosscheck but the filament floating from the nozzle is ~.55-.60), .55 extrusion width,...)
the normal abs temp (230C+) seems too hot (walls too wide, layers not recognizable):
at ~210..215C walls are getting better (can see layers, wall width going down to .63, cube destroyed due to stickyness issues - blue tape didnt work)
now i changed the extrusion multiplier to (.55/.63)=.873 and the cube is looking better.
printing the full cube (100% infill) is also looking ok to me (left side, right side is an aborted cube with flow=1)
questions/input?
- is there a path to reliably figure out the temperature offset (abs vs measured)?
- what is the typical abs tempature others are using? (measured)
- what is the temperature offset?
- are there other ways to determine the right temperature?
- other observations from the calibration cubes?
