have worked 4h with calibration, thanks geneb for the great guide! however.. two things about the guide.. page 152

"adjustment screw to the right to raise the
platform and to the left to lower the platform."
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/16409184/blah.png
depending how you look at the screwdriver top, for me it was the opposite all goes wrong.. its how i been taught by calibrating stuff in cars and bolts, however..here in sweden.. dont know its the same all over europe or its just here.. but...

"In order to lower the nozzle, you'll need to decrease the value in PRINTER_RADIUS.
In order to raise the nozzle, you'll need to increase the value in PRINTER_RADIUS."

well, for me it was the opposite.. or i just did as it said in the firmware.

now im gonna try to print out the first one.. however.. i dont want want to fuck this up.. so... what should i print..? what temprature? and what kind of setup in repetier host..

i missing a "first print section" and "daily service / week service section"... and this forum is like swamp, no stickys anywere...

i mean.. this is like a new car!

thanks for suggestions.. :)

Worse news, people commenting on things they've never read.

Bottom of page 153.

Gene, I have what I thought was version 2 of your guide and mine ends on page 93.
I have seen 3 different links, what is the real link because I must have the wrong one
even though on the very first page it says:
The Rostock MAX Assembly Guide, 2nd Edition
Welcome to the 2nd Edition Assembly Guide for the Rostock Max 3D printer.

If I go to Official Docs this is what I see in reference to 2nd Edition

2nd Edition of the Rostock MAX Assembly Manual

I believe that I should go to Official Docs and see one reference to the Manual- the most current manual and the link to it.
I can see why new users are having problems just finding the right manual and the whole Official Docs area needs cleaned up
and contain ONLY links to the LATEST official docs.

I have finally found it at http://www.geneb.org/rostock-max/Rostoc ... -Guide.pdf
The above link should be under Official Docs - Rostock Max Assembly Guide, the latest

First post of "[NEW!] Rostock MAX Assembly Manual" says what exactly?

I'll change the topic. Apparently it's too vague...

Thank you for fixing that. It was the date of December 21 that threw me the curve ball.
Now the topic makes it clear that it is the latest edition.
