Anyone else having issues with the latest guide and missing pictures starting on page 160? I had an earlier version that was fine...unfortunately I deleted it and replaced with this newest. I have tried it on 2 different PCs with the same results.

@#$@$%^@#!!
The is the LAST time I use LibreOffice Writer for _anything_. It's been nothing but an unmitigated pain in the ass since about the 30 page mark.
Calabus, I'll try to get it fixed today, but may not be able to until this evening. My apologies!

Geneb,
No worries! I'm dead in the water with yet another melted hotend

Just too tired to even mess with trying to fix it this week. glad you got it sorted though! I was going nuts thinking it was something on my end.

Silly question - did you verify the thermistor reading against a thermocouple after you did the PID tuning?

Geneb,
Yes, but long story. See my other thread

I spent a few hours plotting software temps compared to actual temps with a thermocouple. Thought I had it nailed and was ready to print a test. I adjusted the temp up 1c and the reported software temp didn't move. Took me a minute to get the thermocouple turned back on and probe....that's all it took. The thermistor had probably come out of contact with the nozzle and thats all she wrote....another melted hotend. Live and learn I guess.
