J head style ptfe liner source?

I have a Chinese j head and need a ptfe liner that is 3mm od and 1.75mm id with a pointed end. has anyone found a source for them?

Bill, I have found this 3mm OD x 2mm ID tubing which should work but it is in China and you would have to put a
point on it with a pencil sharpener or something similar. Regards from Carl.
