Where to go for info?

Post by Batteau62 »

Google of course. :) This is the go to for specific info, but what about general info on 3d printing? There are a lot of favorite web sites out there. What's yours? Post a link. It might also be a book. Share the author and title. Here are a few of the ones I've found and visit often:

http://www.3dgeni.us/
http://www.3ders.org/index.html
http://on3dprinting.com/

Books: http://www.amazon.com/Fabricated-The-Ne ... 1118350634
Was it worth reading? Give a short review. I liked the above title for it's cultural impact slant rather than "how to" approach.

My hope here is to maybe find that one bit of info that leads to an "Aha!" moment. :)

-"As soon as you make something fool proof...along comes an idiot."
-"I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work." ~Thomas Edison

I really like the blog at http://richrap.blogspot.com/ there are a lot of great articles there, Rich does a great job.

Check out reprap magazine too (I forget if it's com or org... Google knows).
