fans not working

Post by jake »

I have printed my first cube but, after that I was about to print another when my fans would not spin. in repetier host manual control I powered on the fans and tested it with a voltmeter and there was no voltage to the fans. I tried the pins on the board and the slotted screws on the connector. I think the problem is in the software some ware. I can home it heat the bed and head but not spin the fans.

Repetier? Sometimes flaky with fans but overall, ok.

Have you tried doing it from the jog wheel on the LCD? There's an option for it. Try hooking the fans straight up to power?

I don't have the LCD and I know the fans work it's the Rambo that is not putting out power.
EDIT: now bed and head not heating up but, motors work
