My Rostock. Been three months. Finally some bad pics.

Acrylic Max. Haven't done much, but print. Great printer, but found out the table cracks after awhile. Ordered two new ones. Customer support was awesome. I installed a badge/key retractor to keep the wires and tube from flopping over. Also used three Velcro wire bundle keepers to keep the arm vibration down. I could have made them with springs and such, but it works and kept me printing.

Actually I have done other small things. LED's on the carriage with a variable resistor to control the brightness. .35 mm nozzle which made a big difference. Just got the EZ EXTRUDER. Other then rewiring a few times because the pin connectors wiggle out that's it. Note on the connectors-a little super glue will keep the in tight. Anyone have issues with the Quick connect fitting stripping and pushing the tube out? Might have the steps set to fast. Also going to put a separate higher power supply on the heat bed. Takes forever to heat and yes I changed the wires out to larger sizes and didn't make a difference. I generally don't use heat for small to mid size prints, but for larger prints I need the heat to keep from warping.

When the pins are inserted fully, they will NOT "wiggle out". There's a small locking tab that will engage a square hole in the side of the connector. If your pins are coming out, they're not inserted fully.

You'd think. I work with these all day at my job. Might have gotten a few deformed connectors. It's fixed and I ordered a bunch more just in case. :D
