Is there any way I can change colors on this forum. I have glaucoma and blue on black is very difficult to see.

Good idea. One of the moderators will see this.
Any colors work better than others?
Thanks!

I'm not expert on web sites/forums by any stretch of the imagination

However, I did notice in the User Control Panel, Board Preferences that there's a setting for "My Board Style" (which currently only lists "Artodia: Black").
So I did some experimenting (installed a local server and the phpBB3 software) and found that it's pretty easy for an administrator to download new styles and enable users to pick them.
Here are the simple instructions for enabling new styles:
https://www.phpbb.com/support/documenta ... les_manage
And here's a great demo page that let's you see what the different styles look like (just pick a style in the top bar where it says, 'Select a Style'):
https://www.phpbb.com/styles/demo/3.0/#
I'm fine with Artodia:Black, but for users with vision problems, maybe they could pick a style they like from the list and Gene could install it?

Making the message easy to read:
While there are things the moderators may be able to do, you can also solve this problem at your end. The browsers have overrides on various presentation features, including color. The nice thing is this can assist you with browsing in general, not just in this forum.
In the case of Firefox, try this: Tools Menu->Options->Content Tab->Colors button, then uncheck the box by "Allow pages to choose their own colors". The default is a black/white scheme, but you can change it to specific colors. Under the Advanced button, you can also override the font and the size of the font, if larger text is required.
For the other major browsers I don't know specifics, but I'm sure the options are there if you look for them.
Another useful trick is zooming the page as required. There are multiple methods to do this (some keyboards have zoom keys), but holding down either CTRL key and moving the mouse wheel is one of the easiest. Try it.
