New sub forum-3d printing failure photos?

I noticed this on 3d printer world:

We all have 'em too, just a matter of having a place to show them off

Yes, we glory in our successes but what do you really learn from?

I know we have the "Troubleshooting" heading, this would be pics/Rostock Max only, let the results speak for themselves.

Now, to make it valuable to the community, don't just post pics of the fail, give some description as to what you think caused it. So that way, we not only get a laugh, but we'll learn at the same time

Hackaday started doing their Fail of the Week just recently too, this is an awesome trend.
