I have a makerfarm hot end and no matter what temp I set it too, the hot end comes up about 1-2 deg. short, keeping the printer from starting the print.
I have ran the pid tune several times and even though the exact thermistor isn't shown on the tables I have tried the common ones..
Isn't there a deviance tolerance setting that would allow that printer to start?'

Turn up P a bit and reduce D a bit.
You can also try messing with the PID drive max and min values.
Auto PID is not always ideal.
