This is what I get when I sliced a pony

If you notice, it doesn't look all there. When I sliced with kisslicer I got a full picture.

if you post the source ill try it on my slic3r

so when i imported into slic3r it said it had mesh errors. I was able to slice it though.

I loaded and repaired in netfabb, and i didnt see any differences.

i was using these slicer settings:
.35 nozzle
.175 layer height
.2 first layer
yes support material
2 perimeter

Thnx. Ill have to look at netfabb and see if it works on my end.

Try their online tool for checking/fixing. I've used it a lot, it works well.
