Hot end and Heat Bed Issue!

When I completed building my rostock I made sure that the hot end and the heat bed functioned properly in which case they did. After having to Emergency stop my process because I had a hot end Jam from the Filament I had to take it apart. Two weeks later I put the hot end back on and started the machine up. I tried heating the hot end and heat bed but nothing happens. The green lights that usually come on on the RAMBO don't. This is what my log is saying.

Im not sure what the problem is, hence me posting this, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Looks like you damaged your thermistor connection in the hot end when you took it apart. Check your thermistor wires/connections and you'll find the problem.
