I just noticed your post and I looked at the pictures at the links you provided.
It's not good to laugh at other people's failures but some of the pictures I couldn't help myself from laughing.

That's pretty great. I should add a few to a gallery...I feel like I keep my fails as some sort of badge...

You should add them, even from failures we can learn what not to do, temperatures, settings, etc if the settings are posted along with the failures.

I know this is a topic for lawyers

but I'm wondering what would be the best way to CYA(cover your a**) in the event of a disgruntled customer?
