no "Printing 0%" displayed for some of my gcode files

Hi,
First, thank's for your work all you are awesome !
I play with my ORION from one week now and i'm starting to make my own design
First i'v used some design found on thingiverse, converted with Slic3r and moved to the SD card : some work but the other does not work
Thinking that it came from the thingiverse STL's, I started creating my own designs with OpenSCAD
https://www.dropbox.com/sh/j6u7ouqlsetxk8l/7g87lAnnqu
My first test (test1.scad -> test1.stl -> test1.gcode -> SD card) was a success ... yeah \o/
But my second (test2.scad -> test2.stl -> test2.gcode -> SD card) don't want to run on the printer from the SD card ... (no "Printing 0%" displayed)
I'm starting to think that this is a problem setting (ORION_Slic3r_ABS_folders.zip)
<noob>Can you help me please ?</noob>
Stay awesome SeeMeCNC !

Thank's for your answer and taking time for that ! Ref :

I don't use (yet) Netfabb so i don't know if it's ok before trying to print ... sorry
The zip file contain my Slic3r configs files for ORION ABS and i try to understand why i can't print the second gcode file like the first one ...
When i try to load it from the screen of my ORION, the first say "Printing 0%" then start printing when the 220°/90° temps are reached but when i try with the second one, nothing happens, like if i did nothing, no "Printing 0%" at all
I'v tryed to change the debugging setting to see if any errors message was printed but ... nothing happens too
If i count all the STL (mine and thingiverse one) i'v tryed to print, i can say only 1/10 start printing and the others didn't start like my second file
So i'm a little worried because i'm not a hardcore in 3D printing and for me it look like very hard to understand why i have this behaviour
All the steps needed before printing lost me a little and it takes hours some time for me to go to the gcode file ... so when my printer don't start with no reason it make me very sad !
FYI : In the setup of the SD Card the blinky.gco provided by SeeMeCNC on my ORION don't want to print too ... but the others files, vase.gco and fan.gco print nicely !
Thanks

That's make me crazy... I'v tryed Netfabb to see test2.stl file and I exported a file called test3.stl, then I created the file corresponding test3.gcode, then I placed it on the SD card: Obviously the printer does not want to print the file ... test3.gcode BUT I tested (like other 10 times before) test2.gcode file (which has not changed) ... and the printer started to print the file test2.gcode!
test3.gcode still does not print so the bug is not resolved.
This can help you understand where it came from ?

Actually this confuses me even more. The file Test2.gco would not print, but now it does? Very confusing.
The fact that it will not print the Blinky.gco is a good place to start troubleshooting but I do not have an Orion or the Blinky.gco.
May I suggest that you send SeeMeCNC an email and tell them that the printer will print 2 files on the SD but will not print the Blinky.gco and if they have any ideas
why that could happen. When you receive a response from them and actually get the Blinky file to print please leave a message on this forum so that we may understand
the solution they came up with. The Orion is a learning experience for us also. I think if you can get the Blinky file to print you will understand how to get the other files to
print also.

Yesterday i was sure the bug was around the SD card, so here the e-mail to SeeMeCNC :
Hi,
I play with my ORION from two week now and that's pure dope !
Unfortunately, I have problems with the SD card reader on the printer.
Indeed, during the unpacking, Blinky.gco file would not be loaded by the printer, with patience I began to understand that it came from the SD card because:
Very few new files on the SD card wanted to print the first time
If I copied a file stuck 2 or 3 times and rename the same folder on the SD card there was at least one of the three who was willing to engage
Now I get to print the file while Blinky.gco has not changed
This is not a big problem, it's just a bit annoying if I forget to copy two or three times the file I want to print. Would you have a solution to this?
Thanks and stay awesome SeeMeCNC
And the answer :
We've had some issues with the SD cards being formatted improperly, sorry. If you format it as fat32, it should work fine. Make sure to copy the folders such as firmware and calibration as well
Thanks
John
