I'm printing with natural abs from seemecnc and i'm having problems with the first layer delaminateing from the print bed while printing. I'm just wandering if anybody has some tricks up their sleeve i could try?

Have you tried the usual tricks like hair spray on the glass, glue sticks, abs juice, etc? Your heat bed should be in the 90 degree range also.

Post a pic of the part? Some geometry is very hard to keep stuck.
If you are printing ABS, I would not even try a part without a brim, a raft or "mickey mouse ears". Especially if said part is a lot of mass. My rule of thumb is to add one of the afore mentioned in at least the same surface area as the bottom of the part. I've also lately been running a small ceramic heater blowing at the level of the Onyx. It doesn't create a lot of draft and keeps the print area hot. I'm soon going to switch it for a radiant unit. I think it helps stabilize temps quite a bit.

I'm messing around with the calibration cube. I was running the hotend at 230 deg and the bed between 40 and 60, I'll try 90 in the morning. I have used tape, hair spray, and the glue stick, but i haven't made any abs juice yet. It prints really well if i could just get it to stick, the corners are lifting, but i printed anyway just to see how it would come out. I'm also using an 1/8" aluminum build plate instead of glass because my glass plate was broke during the build.

For ABS, I'd try an 80C bed temp. 40-60 is way too cold.

Thanks, i ended up staying up because i wanted to try it one last time. I used tape and hairspray with a 90c bed temp and It worked flawlessly! I was even able to pull the parts off without letting the bed cool down. I am one happy camper right now, Thank you so much for the help!

Ok so i put my settings to the test. These snow flakes were printed on tape with hairspray and a 230c hotend temp and 90c bed temp. The print time was 30min. Thank you for the help!!!
