Ordering from the site... No shipping options

Hey guys,
Thought I was throw this up and see if it's just a bug or something. The only option I am getting for shipping is pickup. I've got a couple of upgrades I am looking at and it would be nice to order. Thanks!

John,
I just tried it again, this time logging in instead of as guest, and the shipping options show up now. Sorry about that.
Oh, and does a new nozzle come with the PTFE liner? It looks like I ripped mine trying to clean up after a broken thermistor...

If you're referring to the outer ptfe liner, you're fine. Those are split down the side to allow the inner liner to fit properly.

G,
To explain the story some more, I was about 6 hours into an 8 hour print and out of the blue, I lost the temps on both the hot end and the bed, so the Rostock went into dry mode. Upon further diagnosis, one of the legs of the hot end thermistor ripped out, which to be quite honest, I was not surprised based off of how much movement I had in that area.
So, I've been wanting to upgrade some bits anyway and tore down the hot end in order to see if I had an old style nozzle and while doing so, it looked like a part of the lower inner PTFE liner ripped off and stayed inside the nozzle. Here I thought I was able to retract/pull out all the filament before the machine went cold, but it looks like a tiny bit stayed and took a piece of the liner with it. There is somewhere around 1-2mm of inner liner sticking out from the outer liner that I have left. Do you think it would be alright to push the inner liner down and have a little gap up top with the outer liner?
Either way, I started doing some research and found your video on youtube for the hotend upgrade, so I will be going that route. I was never a fan of the stock electrics of the hot end and like the upgrades (threaded thermistor, no gasket maker mess, cleaner wires with the 40w heater, and actual disconnects) much better. I'm also upgrading to an ezstruder as well and I already have the tricklaser arms on there.
But yeah, I'm just curious how sensitive that PTFE liner would be if I pushed the inner down to compensate for the removed/stuck piece inside the nozzle.

Well the inner liner IS a bit longer than the outer - but unless you can actually SEE part of the inner in the nozzle, I wouldn't worry about it. You'd have to apply an insane amount of force to get that tubing to fail like that and it would likely stretch out thin before breaking.
Can you post a pic of it?
