Infill Issues

Post by mcosman »

OK, Not seeing anything close to this when I search through the forum.
I am printing a part with solid infill. The perimeters line up perfectly. Each and every layer on top of the next. The infill is all over the map, and somewhat consistent. But no where near aligned with the perimeters. In fact, it will even infill outside a perimeter on a narrow enough part (1/8") It laid down a perfect perimeter then proceeds to lay dow perfect infill that is 3 degreed rotated out of alignment.

I have a R- Max and updated the Slic3r (did it before) Not sure where to start on this one.

Hmmm? Can you post a pic? Maybe a bit of machine info. like stock arms or trick laser? firmware etc. Have you tried a different slicing program? Kisslicer?

I'm using a Stock Rostock Max with latest arms, firmware and slic3r. I will go try the Kisslicer, It's really hard to get pics in black that show it. Ill retry in white and report
