Stretch bracelet fused

Trying to print something like this for the 3rd time:

But every time the inner ring fuses together....
Printing too hot?
Extrusion width too high?
Use smaller nozzle (printing w/ 0.4mm nozzle)?
Print bigger?

Got it working!

Turns out setting extrusion width to "auto" was a bad idea
Printed again at extrusion width 0.4 (0.4mm nozzle) and it cam out great.
