.83 Repetier Suddenly Freezing

SOOO, I was printing quite happily with the .83 Repetier, then all of a sudden, it began freezing after completing the first layer... If I tell it to home all through the LCD panel, it homes, and will either immediately continue the print or shortly thereafter... Printing from SD so it's not a connection issue and it's always right after the first layer, so I'm disinclined to believe its interference related noise... Thoughts?

Stopping in the middle of a print is a documented problem with this version of Repetier but not usually after the first layer. Can you try to slice the file with Kisslicer and see if it continues with the entire print? Although reasons as to why have not been given
KissSlicer seems immune to the "stopping bug".

That's what I was slicing it with... I'm going to try reflashing the firmware and seeing what happens. My laptop's hard drive went out so I am not a hundred percent sure exactly what things I had changed in the firmware, but I'll try to grab as many EEPROM values as possible and see what happens...

Let us know what you had to do to get it working, everyone learns that way.

Well of an interesting note... It seems this is related to temperature changes. The difference in first layer temp and second layer temp is causing it to stall out... Thoughts? Again, sliced in KS.
