1. The end stops behave as descibed only if plugged in the ports closer to. The motor wires. Is this ok?

2. Both my temps say def, i understand this is a thermistor problem? Both bad, wires bad, or is there a setting i missed?

Yes, the endstops go where you have them now. (I think the picture is in the process of being changed)
Either the wires to the thermistors is bad or you have them plugged into the wrong ports. The odds that two thermistors are bad are not very good.

Is the pic for the wires correct?

I believe that the pic for the thermistors is correct. If you have a volt/ohmeter pull the thermistors from the rambo and read the resistance
at the plug it should be somewhere around 100k ohms if it is wired properly. If you get 0 ohms they are shorted out, if you get infinite resistance they are open.
They can be difficult to measure at the plugs but not impossible. Sometimes I use a small paperclip to stick into the holes of the plug or there are little windows on the
side of the plugs where you can measure them. Always make sure that the power is off before pulling or inserting plugs into the Rambo card.

thanks for responding, the text says use t0 and t1, which I did, but pic shows t0 and t2, which I just changed to and both work! now when nozzle is heating, it crackled once and smokes a little,is it normal?

A little smoke is normal as the manufacturing fluids are being burned off, excessive smoking is not normal. From your description it sounds normal.
