Hello to all. I wanted to get your help regarding my Rostock Max. For about two days I can not print. I do not know the causes of the reason, but it seems that there is some problem with the Z-axis arm. When I launch the script1 to check the calibration on the Z axis to the outer edge of the plate the carriage seems to get stuck with the result that the extruder bale long and bangs on the glass plate. I tried to disassemble and reassemble the straps but the result has not changed. What should I do?

If it doesn't move and it's supposed to, lubricate. If it moves and its not supposed to, duck tape.

What the duck tape? So you think that the problem is not the teeth of the strap, but instead believe that the trolley bump on his arm?

I add a detail. When I launch the script the script 2 or 3 or 4 script to verify that the printer is properly calibrated, the carriage of the Z axis has no problem, no bumps, no strip and does not skip. I get this problem only when I launch the script1 for the test on the Z axis

I'm not sure of exactly what's happening in your case, but there have been a few people who had their arm axles binding without lubrication.

After reading this a bit close, I'd check for a typo in your script. It sounds like your machine is trying to move beyond what it can reach.

Thanks for the reply. The script is correct, I use my Rostock for almost a year now and only a few days I have this problem. More than a problem of commands I think it's a problem of the belt which is manifested only when I ask the printer to check the script1 for the Z axis. I looked carefully and noticed that when the truck is at a certain height, the belt snaps, as if there was not a tooth in good condition. I just removed the belt on the motor but it on the belt there are signs of breakage. Can I make a video today and upload it, so maybe it's all a bit more clear, forgive my bad English

So I'm not sure if this is related or not, but I was playing with settings last night and dorked up my machine. I entered values for the A, B, and C Delta values and it made my machine start crashing and wouldn't "unset". I had to clear my EEPROM to get things working properly again.

Ok, I solved the problem, fortunately. It was just loose the belt tension, it was enough to give a new tension to the belt and everything is back to normal.
