Because everyone at work wants one, I'm doing (very slow) mass production.

Varying levels of finish and detail on them as I'm experimenting with different software slicers and settings as I go. All of the grey pieces will be slightly acetone-smoothed before delivery

Still, it's a lightsabre, they will be thrilled

I used to have long ago, before it got stolen an actual prop from starwars of darth vaders lightsaber. Someone stole it and I never saw or heard of it again ever. Probably thought it was a flashlight and threw it out.

Are you sharing the stl files for your replica?

They are indeed cool to print, but time consuming is right. I hope your coworkers appreciate how much time you have invested.
