Hi!
My friend Don McAlister has been working on this product for the last three years. It's a sensor in the form of a small piece of treated cardboard that monitors the meat that's in your fridge. All you do is put the sensor in with any meat you have there and you'll know if it is fresh or not.
If the meat is bad, the sensor turns blue. Its as simple as that!
