Layering Issue with ABS

Hi Everyone,
I am having an issue I've not come across before with my Rostock Max.

After an .125 to an .25 of an inch, the walls or edges start warping up like a rim and I start getting rough bits on the layers too. I'm printing an adapter for dual extruders and it has spaces for screws and the extruders. The layers also don't quite meet up with the edge of these arts either.

What temp are you printing at? That looks really hot for that ABS.. Also that looks like your belts may have skipped a tooth or two on the Y(?) tower.

I run the extruder at 200C and the heated bed at 110C.

I was just thinking that I might need to tighten the drive belts.

That's low for ABS, with a .6 nozzle on my E3D I run ~240 for alot of prints.

Yeah, you should probably try around 230-240, I find it strange that you were even able to extrude that much at that low of a temp.
