My UK Rostock

Hi All,

This is a bit belated as I built my Rostock from an early kit supplied by SeeMeCNC's UK distributor back in mid 2013, but here are some images. The build was a bit problematic, but I did get it working after ordering a Rambo, borosilicate glass plate and other bits.

I have shown it at my children's school and everyone is 'wow'ed by the mesmerising delta movement. I used to have a small engineering business back in the 90's (MSA Engineering Systems Ltd) building production line pick and place machinery so this is right up my street.

I am currently having some issues with it, but will post these separately in the appropriate forum.

It would be great to hear from other UK based Rostock owners.

Cheers

That looks really nice. Good job!

That natural wood color fits with the background in the picture too.

Are you actually selling the Rostock out of Australia?

I'd love further feedback on the site if you have a moment Eagle. I'll leave the site link in the lounge to avoid being spammy :)

Excellent site! I wish you the very best in the continued success of the business you created.
It is about time someone in your country could offer these printers and accessories without going
through the hassle of customs and ridiculous shipping costs. Very Cool!
