I would be interested if they were in the form of a kit so i do not have go parts hunting.

Also, if you are welding on to the magnets, be careful. Magnets can lose their properties when heated up.

What i recommend (or what i do when i am soldering wire on to magnets) is attache the magnet to be welded to a much stronger, larger magnet. That way, when it is cooling down, it is influenced by the other magnetic field and it doesnt lose its properties. THe other magnet also acts as a heatsink, making your welded magnet not heat up so much.

I'm certain that cambo is not intending to weld any megnet at all. This is not how the magnetic arms are being utilized. The magnets are on the boom and glued and bonded to the boom and the ferrous steel balls and studs are welded together and mounted to the effector and carriages.

Flateric is correct, what im welding together is the threaded rod or screw to the steel ball not the magnet.

Teoman all I'm offering is the critical part of the magnetic arm mod. The rest can be 3d printed and rods source on your own.

I might have different options for different ball sizes and thread sizes for people who want to experiment.
