I have a Rostock Max v2.. ABS and OSX
its not 100% yet..
awaiting a new LCD, cables, and LCD interface
Also the heat bed wont go to 90 degrees without a pot lid and some makeshift enclosure, once I remove the pot lid the heat bed drops down to 80 degrees for the remainder of the print job.
Is that whats causing these prints to fail? From left to right 1st one was warped, second one was so off kilter, and the third was also warped.. what do I correct?

That is a difficult print in ABS, big flat things with square corners are hard to print in ABS because of the warping.
Warping occurs because you print hot layers on top of cold, the cold layer has already shrunk, as the hot layer cools it shrinks causing warping forces, the more area, and the more plastic, the greater the force.
Basically the short version is you need to increase the adhesion to the bed during the print, I have good luck with hairspray on 80C glass.
You can reduce the warping by using a 10-20mm "brim" in Slicer, or manually adding "Mickey Mouse ears" to the part (Basically circles centered on the corners about 2 layers thick).
Less solid layer and less infill will also help.
And the easiest fix.... Print it in PLA

Oh PLA how do I love thee? Let me count the ways....
Not sure why the bed wont go to 90... Mine does get to 100 and will remain there, sounds like there's something up with yours...
80c isn't too bad for ABS, but I'd still try and figure out why it's not going beyond 80.

I loved my Rostock so much I now sell them in Oz

I was using Purple Disappearing Elmer's Glue. Hairspray is better? Could I spray it on the print itself from layer to layer if I was to stick with ABS?

Hairspray IME works better for ABS, but you have to use the right one, I use Garnier Fructise Extreme Hold Anti Humidity, many recommend Aquanet Extreme Hold, whatever you use needs to be very adhesive and NOT contain any perfumes.
You don't want to spray it on the print layer to layer.
Delamination is usually a function of cold air blowing over the print, or not printing quite hot enough, ABS can be printed at much lower temperatures than the point where the layers have a strong bond, I can print the ABS I have here at 220 pretty trivially and it looks good, but if the part requires strength I'll run it at 240 or 245.
