So far everything is going along swimmingly until I just noticed I installed the Top bottom plate backwards...
SO... since I am quite a bit past this can I continue and just adjust how I assemble the extruder mount? See below
we will see if the image shows up.

yes, actually you built it the way I build them here at the shop... you will just mount the extruder as seen here...
https://www.flickr.com/photos/seemecnc/12599516435/ I prefer this way because I like the blinky eyes to look normal when looking at the front of the machine.. but works either way...

It's totally buggered. You'll need to burn the machine and follow the ritual covered in Appendix B of the manual.

Only software/calibration left! Makes the Ol Form1 look tiny!

Into calibration and everything seems to be working fine.
HOWEVER... When I home the machine it does so nicely. Then I am able to manually move the head in the X and Y directions using the Repetier just fine.
BUT I cannot move the Z Down(Towards the build plate) at all... I can move it up with the up arrow and the Repetier show the Z Axis value changing correctly in Black.
Is it me or is it trying to move backwards, but not during homing?

Well I figured out the error in my ways...
In the Printer Settings under the Printer Shape tab I had the Home Z: dropdown showing Min instead of Max...
Now back to calibrating.

Well she is off and printing the PEEK Fan Shroud!
So far so good other than I feel like the manual is intentionally forcing you to work a pause mid print and reload filament as the "2 meters" required to print the Peek Fan Shroud is laughable. There is close to a meter below the extruder

of course I can see that now.
So reloading is not terrible. we will see how it turns out though.

PEEK Fan Shroud Complete
before cleanup: Not too shabby for print number 1
Installed it and went to print the Layer Fan Shroud and it would not stick to the surface. Figured two things were against me here. A, I needed to recalibrate the axis after installing it. B, I needed to reapply glue, even though I was printing it in an untouched area.
Fixed both those situations and it is looking pretty nice!

Good looking results!
You might also consider the closed Layer Fan Shroud. I have moved to this design and it puts more air directly where it is needed.

You'll soon learn that ANY excuse to print something is a good one.
