**SOLVED** Calibrating Arm Height not Hitting Paper

I'm on page 220 where I am asked to enter in G28 and then the code that shifts the arm axis. Then I am asked to use the Z button on Repetier to bring it down to hit the paper.. however, when using the Z button it will only go down to about 2 inches above the build plate. Where did I go wrong and how can I fix this?

EDIT: Solved this by re-calibrating the z position and changed the appropriate values in the firmware and printer settings.
