Hi all,
I have a v1 Rostock Max with the old rambo board. I am Running the 091 Repetier and have updated many things on this old gal. New arm, new nozzle new pulleys (from the old 15's to the 20 teeth). I am using Simply 3d for slicing. The model I have been printing is the Nautilus gears. Here is ma issue: I calibrate using the method outlined by Gene in his manual (thanks for all the time you put into that 'brother') and all is well. I make all the adjustments and have adjusted the Delta Radius (after knocking out the EEPROM and turning it back on after messing under the hood). All is well then I go to print the bead moves down and begins the first layer........ this is where things go sideways... The head moves to the correct hight if the prints starts on the left side of the Y tower (toward the x tower) If the head sweeps toward the yY tower or between the Y and Z tower the head collides with the hotbed. This causes the nozzle to become jammed and results in the EZStruder stripping the filament and no plastic coming out of the hotend.. I have gone back nd checked the calibration and all is well... This only happens when there is a print in progress. I have uploaded 3 photos to drop box that show this unusual issue https://www.dropbox.com/sh/ipvoxzz3qiza ... 9rh4QQNH3a
All the phtos are taken looking from between the X and Y towers looking toward the Z tower.
Any Suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers,
Don S.
