Just preparing the build any try to get as much informations as I can get to be prpaired for the Build and the first prints.
If anybody out there with Informations and settings with .35 Nozzle, please let me know...

I've printed quite a bit with the .35 nozzle. The only difference will be the printing speed - you need to go slower. Makes nice parts though!

Thanx g. for the quick reply.

Any other settings you´ve changed exept speed?

Can´t wait to have my Rostock here, but I will give it a try from the beginning and will install the .35 Nozzle.
On my other Printer (Makerbot) I´m using .3 Nozzle and the parts are very good. Hope its the same or even better with the Rostock.

cheers

Well you'll need to tell the slicer what size the nozzle is, but not much more than that.

What speeds are you finding work best with the .35 nozzle? I was planning on installing mine this weekend and would love to try out some PLA to compare it with my .5 stock nozzle. Printed on another machine with a .4 nozzle and got really nice results so I can't wait to see what this will do for me!

It's been a while since I've used a .35, but you might start out at 30mm/sec and see how that goes. I'm going to be running some parts with a .25 J-Head soon. That'll be interesting. :)
