Smoothie mounting in a V2 Rostock

Post by Jimustanguitar »

Hey guys. I saw the .stl for the smoothie case that somebody created for their Kossel (thanks, BTW!). Has anyone mounted one actually inside of their Rostock? Or a V2 for that matter?

Seems like the bigger board and edge connectors would take up real-estate that I don't have. Can you share pictures of your Smoothie installs?

Thanks in advance, I'm looking forward to getting this up and running soon!

Is this the one you are talking about? That's my design. You should be able to mount the board sideways in the Rostock base with the mosfets on the top edge.
