Lost the Recipe for good parts

Hi folks, I have been using the Delta Orion for around 4 months now, with 250 hours on my machine making primarily one type of part. All was well until around 2 weeks ago. I decided to same some money and go with some cheap filament. I'm not sure if the cheap filament was the problem or not, but I haven;t been able to get good parts in 2 weeks now. I changed back to SeeMeCNC filament and tried again today. I am getting what looks like poor adhesion or not enough filament coming through. I thought it might be the radius calibration, so I tried as hard as I could to get that right. Here is a picture of the problem, the lines aren;t touching, and then I get misses alot.

I was thinking it might be a maintenance problem? Do you have to switch out the nozzle at a certain point. My belts seem right and bearings are good. Thanks for the help in advance, its just frustrating.
