I need to setup a standalone pc for my printers and want to know if there is a fast way of copying all of the setting from the one currently working pc(W8.1) to the other pc(W7)

Or is it just as simple as installing the softwares and just copying all of the material config files and the updating all of the machine config Items I had done initially on the first machine.

depending on the software, it is as easy as install software on new pc, save configs from old and import them in the new...
as for the machine config if you mean calibration, everything is stored on the rambo on the eeprom, unless you mean something like printer settings in repetier, then all you have to do is copy the info from that to the new machine.. should be simple
