Black Beauty

Post by jeffhuber »

Here is my Black Beauty. I've had it running for about 2 weeks now!

A few of my "features" (not bugs!)
  • The SeeMe CNC Logo is backwards on the cheapskate carriages
  • The top piece is on upside down. I caught this late and decided to just role with it. Filament goes around now and works just fine.
  • The heated bed is rotated - i think my v5 was brand brand new and so not all the holes were countersunk.
My wife found that little black table for free on the side of our block in SF! I'm glad black beauty enjoys some nice views of the city.

I ran it for a while with it's guts spilling out (hadn't figured out how to cram all the wires in), but just this past weekend I figured it all out! :D

You must work in IT. We install "features" in our code all day :)

I've written enough code and PM'd enough projects to know smart shortcuts when I see them ;)
