S3D Settings for Rostock Max V2

Post by imagebuff »

I'm about to plunk down the cash for S3D and am hoping someone has a great head start for the typical settings for the Rostock Max V2. I assume there is some form of config or settings file with S3D. Anyone care to share?

Thanks
Chris

There is already a preconfigured setting in the program. You can select the Rostock from SeeMeCNC .

Not really true. The standard settings for the Rostock V2 are quite a bit off. After many back and forth discussions with them I have dialed in my PLA settings fairly decently. Let me know if you purchase it and I can send you my setting file.

I'm looking to purchase S3D also. Can you send me your setting files also?

I can play around with print and filament settings, I just want to make sure that I can connect to the printer and print something, even if it comes out not quit right.
