Hi, after assambling my rostock max v2 everything works great, it prints perfectly and everything is calibrated right, with amazing results.
But when i try to print medium size objects( abs with heatbed to 90dgr) (not very large) the printer shuts down during a print. It just cuts the power. And then i need to turn the switch off and on again, and everything is back to normal. I have tried the same print 5 times now, with the same result each time. Based on what i read on the forums, are there something wrong eith my powersupply unit? (Psu) do i need a replacement? Or is this a cooling issue? All of the fans works great, on the psu, the rambo and on the hotend. Is this a psu issue? Or do i need a extra cooling fan for the rambo!?

It is the PSU overheating and shutting itself off. The best solution for this has been to take off the back two acrylic panels.

Or add fans to the rear panels.

Sometimes the ATX supply is just defective. I've gone through two of them.
If it's new, give SeeMeCNC a call. If you've got some miles on it, they're quite cheap. Buy one with amps to spare on the 12v rail.

I will get a replacement from SeemeCNC, great service

But are these psu's bad? Do you suggest buy another one? Link?

Also, my other 3d printer, a robo3d had simular issues, but the reason why it shut off (the robo) was to bad cooling to the ardiuino board. Is the tiny fan on the back side enough to cool the rambo ?

I had the same issue with stock PSU and fans. I replaced the stock PSU with a 750w unit from a good company and also changed out the 40mm RAMBO fan for a much better and silent fan. I also replaced my side panels with one that hold fans and now I pull air in one side and push it out the other. My bay is nice and chilly now.

- Air enters or exits at the bottom from between the panels. Only 4 screws show on the outside.

They're all made in China. Everything has a failure or return rate. You just got lucky. I wouldn't worry about it too much.
