That is the all time winner of a "clogged nozzle".
Have fun cleaning that out. Outstanding pictures!

I'd be more concerned about why the arms fell off.
I could see it if they were magnetic, but that looks like the stock u-joints.

From what I could tell,,,, the autopsy is still ongoing,,,, the print came loose from the bed, and got stuck to the head. eventually it flowed through, and around the effector plate. The print was a large print, and it was only a matter of time before the nylon flowed around the u-joints, and pried the arms off.
I finally have a use for the hot knife attachment for my iron.

The parts that didn't survive the cleaning,,, one thermistor, and my ceramic heat break. Even the teflon liner survived and is reusable.

And here it is warming up to print some new fan shrouds.
I machined a new ceramic heat break, wired up a new thermistor and tapped the aluminum standoffs with 8-32 thread so I can fasten them to the effector plate with 8-32x 1/2" button head screws, and the hot end mount with 8-32 x 3/4" screws. No more juggling tools.

How is your ceramic heat break working out compared to the PEEK performance?

I'm able to print at 275C, I have to reflash the firmware to go higher. Concerns were raised about the teflon liner, but I haven't had one yet, I credit the nozzle redesign Seemecnc did, although I've never tried the old style.

Solid colored ABS printed at 275C gets really good layer fusion, The translucent ABS I tried didn't care for the extra temperature. It fuses nice, but it gets foamy.

From what I've read, you need to be concerned with the PTFE outgassing toxic fumes at those temperatures.
I'm glad you were able to get your effector end back from the Nylon Grip of Death.

All of the toxic teflon fume studies dealt with cooking ware,,,, large surface areas creating fumes, some with temperatures as low as 203C.

That clog was a work of art. I'm amazed you got it cleaned up in the time you did. Had I walked into that, I probably would have tossed the hot end in the trash.

Good job getting it back together. Guess you dont have webcam and remote access to stop prints. Thats something I would like to add in the near future once I have large prints going and I can check on them while at work.

Webcam, yes, remote control, no. Bead blaster in the basement for cleanup? Yep. I hooked the hotend directly to a car battery to cook off the remaining nylon, then bead blasted the charred remains off from it. Those ceramic heaters are pretty stout.
