print problems with pins and hols

Hello.
I downloaded a file that a lot of people printed.
The file contains 2 parts that can be assembled one to another with a pin and a hole.
All the dimensions of the parts are ok when printed but the pin is much bigger the the hole and they can't be assembled. That happend to me with one other part I made and double checked in solidworks.
Printed at 0.1 and 0.2 and on 100 % speed and on 50% speed and still they won't fit.
Can some one help?
