Just finished up the mount for the E3D V6. All made from laser cut stainless steel.
Big thanks to Mcslappy's for his design. Mcslappy show us some pics of how yours turns out. Hopefully postie delivers it on Monday.

E3D V6 Hotend mounting
Re: E3D V6 Hotend mounting
Nice, how did you laser cut stainless steel? Why is your yard on fire?
Re: E3D V6 Hotend mounting
Professional laser cut. A home made job won't do it this machine can cut up to 25mm thick.
The SS parts weight 61 grams and all up with e3d is 261 grams
Its actually across the road and is crown land. Is was a controlled back burn done by the fire crew. they are getting ready for summer and most likely are protecting the state archives

Re: E3D V6 Hotend mounting
How hard is that going to be to take apart? I've had to take apart my whole e3d assembly 3 times now to fix different jamming problems. I'm using black aluminum hollow spacers and black ABS 3d printed top mounts. Looks similar, but yours looks much more BA!

I would have to undo the 3 bolts and unclip wiring. I'm guessing 15-20 mins work. Then Recalibrate which is what I don't like doing
