Big shout out for McSlappy

Last week, I annoyed the heck out of McSlappy with a bunch of dumb questions and he gamely waded in and explained - in suitably short words - everything I needed to know about converting over my RMax v1.0 to an E3D hotend.
The consequent sale process through DoodadDoes.com.au was completely painless (take note, online vendors - do NOT make it hard for me to give you money or people go elsewhere) and went through just fine. He then went above and beyond the call of duty. First, barely a week after placing the order, it's shown up at my door. This is an impressive feat in itself, the "air mail" camels take 8 days to cross the desert from east to west coast so he must have posted it two days before I ordered it. Nice.
It got better. After I mentioned my unit is out of action until the head is replaced and thus couldn't make a new effector mount, he very kindly offered to knock one out for me and it appeared in my kit ready to go.
And it got even better still - there were minties in the shipment. Free candy!
The only concern with the whole transaction was that the samples of filament in the bag with the minties. A little reminiscent of the drug dealer at the school fence "yeah baby, try this stuff, this is the GOOD stuff. Your first hit is on me..."
I'll run it through my shiny new hot end mate, and let you know how it compares to the other rubbish cheapy stuff I'm using.
Bloody brilliant. If you're in Oz and ordering gear for your printer, give him a crack - an absolute pleasure to deal with.
